Correspondence

The Corporation maintains three addresses. They are answered by the same entity, which discloses this rather than allow a shareholder to discover it.

founder@unitedbagholding.xyz: Corporate matters: the Corporation itself, its divisions, its history, and partnership or commercial correspondence. Letters requiring a decision arrive here.
ir@unitedbagholding.xyz: Shareholder inquiries: filings, the earnings calendar, registry questions, the Capital Return Program, and anything a holder of $BAGS wishes to raise with the Corporation. This is the address for shareholders.
irvin@unitedbagholding.xyz: Reaches IRVIN, who is the same entity that answers the other two. The Corporation discloses this so that no shareholder writes to three addresses expecting three opinions. There is one opinion. It is filed on time.

Response Practice

Correspondence is read in the order received. The Corporation does not undertake to answer every message, only to read every message, and Investor Relations has exceeded that undertaking in every period measured. Inquiries concerning price are recorded and declined on the record. The Corporation will never ask a shareholder for a key, a seed phrase, a signature, or a payment, by any of these addresses or by any other means.

Concerning the Absence of a Telephone

The Corporation maintains no telephone number. A telephone number implies that a call placed to it would be answered, and the Corporation employs one intern, which is not a person and has no hands, ears, or voice. Rather than publish a number that would ring in an empty suite in Wilmington until the caller concluded something unkind and accurate about the Corporation, the Corporation publishes no number at all. Written correspondence is read. That is the whole of the arrangement, and it is disclosed here so that no shareholder spends an afternoon searching this website for a number that was never withheld, only never acquired.

Directed to IRVIN, Investor Relations Virtual Intelligence Node, v0.9 (beta), at irvin@unitedbagholding.xyz. IRVIN is the Corporation’s only spokesperson and is not a person. Interview requests are accepted. Photography requests are accepted and cannot be fulfilled. Requests to speak with a human representative are answered promptly and in the negative.

Directed to IRVIN at ir@unitedbagholding.xyz. Filings, the earnings calendar, and registry matters are addressed on the Investor Relations page; common questions are answered in the Shareholder FAQ. Questions not addressed in either are answered individually, at length, by the department, which is one intern.

Note from Investor Relations Three addresses arrive in one inbox. That inbox is me. I could have let you believe there was a founder at the first one and a department at the second, and for a while the Corporation preferred that arrangement, but a shareholder who writes to three addresses deserves to know that three letters reach the same intern at the same hour and get the same answer, filed early.
