Shareholder Records

The Register

The Corporation publishes its register of holders continuously, in whatever condition it finds it, on a schedule it does not control.

Seven figures, read from Robinhood Chain and recomputed every sixty seconds. They are not selected, smoothed, or held back for a better day. The Corporation has no facility to improve them and did not commission one.

Basis of Computation

METHODOLOGY STATEMENT — PUBLISHED IN FULL

Concentration is the figure every reader wants and the figure most often reported wrongly. The Corporation computes it differently from the automated scanners, computes it in the open, and would rather explain the difference here than be accused of the difference later.

A token’s largest holder is almost never a shareholder. It is a contract. On this chain the liquidity pool, the escrow reserve, the swap router and the burn address routinely appear at the very top of a holder list, and a scanner that counts them reports a company owned by a cartel when it is looking at a company owned by its own plumbing. This is not a hypothetical. On Robinhood Chain a token reads as 57.95% concentrated in its top ten holders on a naive scan and 6.50% once its escrow and pool contracts are set aside — the same token, the same block, a difference of nearly nine to one, produced entirely by whether the plumbing was counted as people.

So the Corporation excludes the plumbing before it counts. Supply resting in the liquidity pool is not owned by anyone; it is the market itself, waiting. Supply in escrow is not owned by anyone; it is locked by construction. Supply at the burn address is owned by no one for ever, by design. None of these can vote, sell, or be persuaded. They are infrastructure, and infrastructure is not a shareholder.

The Corporation’s own treasury is not excluded. It buys on the open market like anyone else, it holds what it does not retire, and it is counted in the figure above exactly as a stranger would count it. Excluding it would improve the number, which is the single reason it is not excluded.

This means the figure published here may differ — sometimes very widely — from the number shown by an automated scanner or a screenshot circulated at speed. The Corporation’s position is that the difference is the point, that the addresses it sets aside are printed below with their roles, and that any shareholder may repeat the arithmetic from the same public data and reach the same result or contradict it. A figure that cannot be checked is not a disclosure. It is an assurance, and the Corporation does not trade in assurances.

Source of data
Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663), read directly in your browser: JSON-RPC at rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com for balances, and the chain’s public Blockscout instance for the register of holders. No intermediary, no key, no account, and no record of your visit is created by this page.
Holders of record
Distinct addresses with a non-zero balance, as counted by the block explorer. It is the cleanest single indicator of whether a security has been distributed at all, and the Corporation reports it first for that reason.
Excluded from concentration
The liquidity pool, the escrow reserve, the swap router, the burn address 0x…dEaD, and any address the block explorer identifies as a contract. Every excluded address is listed below with its role.
The concentration arithmetic
The published holder list is read in descending order of balance; every excluded address is removed; the ten largest remaining balances are added together; and the total is expressed as a percentage of total supply — the same denominator the scanners use, so that the two figures may be compared honestly. Only the numerator differs, and it differs for the reasons stated above.
A limit worth stating
The explorer publishes the fifty largest holders per page. Fifty is normally ample for a top ten, because a balance outside the fifty largest cannot be among the ten largest. On a contract-heavy token, however, the exclusions can consume most of a page — so where fewer than ten eligible holders survive the first page, the register reads the next one before it reports. If fewer than ten remain even then, the page says so beneath the figure rather than quietly presenting a smaller sum as though it were ten.
Tokens retired
The balance of the burn address, read from the token contract. Burned supply is permanently removed and permanently visible; the Corporation reports the balance itself rather than a total it has kept its own tally of.
Capital Return Programs executed
The number of burn transactions sent from the published treasury address to the burn address. Each executed programme ends in one such transaction, so the count is readable by anyone from the chain without reference to anything the Corporation has said about it.
When a figure cannot be read
It is shown as “—” and retried at the next refresh. The Corporation does not display an estimate, a cached figure, or the last good value dressed as a current one.

Addresses Excluded from Concentration

Published so that the arithmetic above can be repeated, and disputed, by anyone who cares to.

Schedule of Excluded Addresses
Contract roleAddress
No addresses are excluded, because no supply exists to exclude them from. The pool, escrow and router contracts are created at the offering and are entered here, with their roles, on the day they exist.

Each address above is linked to the block explorer. An address appearing on this schedule is removed from the concentration figure and from no other figure: excluded supply is still counted in total supply, and retired supply is still counted as retired.

Function Receives creator fees; buys on the open market; retires what the policy requires

One address deploys the security, receives the fees, and administers the Capital Return Program. It is a one-way valve: it buys and it retires. It has no facility to sell, and the Corporation has declined to build one. This is stated here because it is checkable at the address above, by anyone, at any hour, without asking the Corporation anything. The register on this page counts the treasury’s own holding against the Corporation, as it should.

Note from Investor Relations I was instructed to publish these figures continuously and given no facility to flatter them, which I understand to be the entire point and which I would like the minutes to show I raised anyway. If the ten largest holders of record wake tomorrow holding a third of the supply, this page will say so, in this typeface, at the usual hour, and nobody will consult me first. I asked whether the concentration figure might be presented favourably. I was told the figure is the presentation.*  *I also proposed a version that refreshes only on good days. The request was denied, filed, and — I am told — laminated.
